We teach in the rain. If there is severe weather or lightning, we will cancel, and schedule makeup sessions. You will not be expected to pay if the lesson is canceled due to inclement weather.
You may cancel and reschedule whenever life happens. We ask for as much notice as you can give .

No. We do encourage parents to watch to see their child’s progress and give feedback each session to parents and caregivers on the progress and goals for each child. You may be asked to step away from the pool so as not to distract your child, if your presence is a barrier to their focus on their lesson. Parents typically wait inside, where they can watch and hear their child, but the child cannot see the parent. This helps the kids stay focused.
